I agree. Unless she was eating someone’s face, or ramming other cars, speeding excessively, running red lights, or in front of a cop who was in a hurry, what was she doing wrong ?

LA freeways are notorious for being virtual parking lots and move at the speed of being high on weed. Anyone can negotiate that traffic.
