Yup. . . and “notion.” I believe "notion" is included is most all Obama speeches or responses. Another one is "let me be clear about this.." It's the only attempt at transparency the man can force himself to do.

Fundamentally . . . yes.
And then there’s the word “notion”. Any time Obama wants to negate and pooh pooh anyone’s opinion; he says “they’ve got the NOTION blah-blah-blah that blah-blah-blah”, as if it’s just a silly “notion” that they concocted in their tiny little pea brains.
