Too bad I can’t spell “subversive”.
I don’t mind that, I’ve heard it before. With that being said, I have NEVER taken any subsidies at all and neither have most of the other people I know who raise Alpacas. I just take normal Farming business expenses to offset income, Gasoline/fuel for farm related vehicles and tools. And maintenance costs for fencing, shelters etc.
I sew a lot. It used to be a hobby, but since I lost my job last Feb I’ve been trying to turn it into a business. I’ve even learned how to make my own patterns and came up with some of my own clothing designs (pics are at the URL in my tagline, if anyone’s curious). I’m currently trying to find a manufacturer to work with my designs, I think there’s a market for them.
