Last night on NCIS one of the suspects said "feminazi" when referring to a female character.

NCIS swings back and forth for me. They make swipes at both sides.....I remember an episode in which a Female that was shooting at Dinozzo to which he remarked something like “Look out it’s Sarah Palin”. And recently a show where Abby remarked on her admiration for the First Wookie. Still one of the better shows on TV head and shoulders about Lib Preaching shows like Law and Order.

I am not sure of your point. “Feminazi” was used with some frequency years ago, when the so-called “women’s lib movement” was all the rage.

In his 1992 book The Way Things Ought to Be, Limbaugh credited his friend Tom Hazlett, an adjunct scholar at the Cato Institute, with coining the term.

...I know it's from wiki.. but it does give a source.

You’re both right...sorta...

From wiki.

The problem is that the speaker was a knuckle dragger with bad teeth.

The good thing about NCIS is Abby (Abbie?).

The bad thing about NCIS is that they haven't killed Debozo off, slowly and painfully, preferably multiple times.

(disclosure; Ziva, Ducky, Gibbs and "Probie" trail the science lady closely and in that order.)

And for those who don’t know what NCIS is, or care when someone parrots Limbaugh...

I think NCIS jumped the shark a couple of seasons ago. Over-all it has a much more liberal bent now. It scarcely resembles the show that Donald Bellisarius spun off from J.A.G. And Muslims are seldom the bad guys anymore. It's usually "home-grown terrorists".

And another thing that gets me: the "Gibbs Filter". I assume they are trying to make Mark Harmon look younger, or are hiding his age; but they are now shooting the show through gauze the likes of which Doris Day never saw. I want to see shows in high-def, but the extensive filtering makes it look like an old VHS tape. I skip NCIS now but I still watch NCIS L.A., which I think has become the better show (and they still have Muslim baddies).

“DITTOS!” I even wrote on a NCIS blog about the out of focus shots and shooting into the light which puts everything in the foreground into high contrast with little detail and was told that they did not have a clue what I was talking about.

Seems there is a least 2 of us that know what High-Def should look like.

When NCIS L.A. comes on right after, the difference in definition is quite obvious. Even the (endless) reruns on the USA channel of seasons past have more high-def “pop” than the last few seasons of NCIS. Anybody who buys the show on Blu-ray is wasting their money.
