Really great video...love when he went over the first steep hill, you can see him hesitate at first. Sadly my crazy mountain biking days are over...had a bad accident on my road bike(2 weeks in the hospital) and kinda gunshy about going overboard on trails...though I still bike every so often.

cutest line was:

Dad: “can you see?”

Kid: “no, I don’t need to pee.”

That’s a really awesome video. I don’t think I had my first bike at 4, and I still haven’t ridden a single trail yet, and I’ll be 27 soon.

I hope Malcolm continues to ride, because going down a smooth hill with the wind whipping your hair is a great, great feeling.

Thanks for sharing.
That is just so precious.
I love the excitement and giggles after he makes it over the first hill and realizes he CAN do it!
I’m amazed at the coordination to be able to do that at age 4. I didn’t learn to ride a bike until I was 8 or 9.

I ride with my grandson. He’s 7. We’ve done over 100 miles this year so far, with the longest one being 14 miles.
