Obama and Boehner both need to realize that Obama is holds one position in government. He was reelected in 2012 but 435 House members were also reelected and they were elected as well.
Those 435 people were put in office to represent their constituents. Someone needs to remind the Dicktator.
He’s looking for more ways to compromise and capitulate rather than being hung with the “repubs fault” we drove over the cliff. Hey, maybe he could throw in some verbiage about banning high capacity magazines for people making less than 100k per year. (is that magazines over 100 pages?)

This is why the bill Bohner is passing is important : extending rates for below $1M.
That allows him (B) to point out that now O is rejecting tax cut extensions for 99.9% of voters until he gets increases in the debt limit(without spending cuts) , meaning he is holding our taxes hostage, instead of Republicans falling into that trap.
That is how you play the game O usually wins at.

I did not even get the pro forma auto response that is normal for most congressional offices.
Instead, I was automatically signed up for his E-newsletter.
There has to be some serious reform in the House. Congress can no longer be seen as a career, but rather a temporary job that lasts 4-6 years and you’re gone without a pension.
