Yikes....Romo is going to be 33 next season. For some reason I thought he was younger. Time is running out.

He's the all time touchdown passing leader for the Dallas Cowboys; more than Staubach, Aikman, and Dandy Don. Comparing him to Tebow is stupid. If he were the passing leader for the Jaguars, then it would be no big deal, but this a team that has 5 rings.

The team's had problems and little to no postseason to show for all of the pomp and circumstanc of the Cowboys as an organization. But it is not all Romo's fault. This is a coaching problem (and ultimately a GM problem). If Tom Coughlin had been head coach of Dallas for the past 10 years, it's likely Romo would have several rings.

I used to say the same thing after Dan Snyder bought the Redskins. But, apparently, Shanahan laid down the law to Dan when he was hired and Shanahan seems to know what he’s doing. No more multi-million dollar deals to over-the-hill stars. Snyder’s ownership resume is filled with them. Shanahan drafts a couple of solid guys and now the Redskins are playing like they want to win a championship.

You know, that Tebow is such a poor quarterback, that the Redskins used up all of their blitzes on Romo last night instead of wasting them on Tebow.

Romo still thinks football only has 3 quarters and doesn’t understand why they have to be on the field for an additional 15 minutes!

I read somewhere that the league is looking into that Denver victory over Pittsburgh in last year’s playoffs.

They are going to decide if Tebow’s mechanics are so bad that it might be necessary to void the Denver win and award the victory to Pittsburgh.

I think the Cowboys will wait until Matt Stafford’s contract in Detroit is up and they go after him.

Stafford is the perfect QB for the Cowboys...he’s a hometown boy, and despite the Lions lousy season, he shows he can be a great quarterback in this league.

Absolutely nothing will change for the better at the Dallas Cowboys organization until Jerry Jones is no longer the owner/coach/general manager.

Somewhere along the line the moniker 'America's Team' was bestowed upon the Dallas Cowboys. It may go back to the Tom Landry days, a coach I respected ... but, as a long time Bronco fan, I resented that term every time some talking head sports announcer uttered the words. I'm sure Steeler, Raider, Packer fans, etc., felt the same way. Anytime I watch the Dallas Cowboys play I'm for the other team. Jerry Jones makes it easy.

He’s an above average quarterback...not great, but above average.

The problem is that you need a great quarterback to win the Super Bowl unless you have impeccable defense kind of like Baltimore Ravens.

Considering that the Steelers are officially Team Obama, I wouldn't doubt it. Old Man Rooney could lobby for this in the interests of "fairness", and Obama would gleefully comply.

I never tire of pointing out that the Steelers are the only team with an owner in Obama's cabinet. No true conservative would ever root for them.

This is an interesting idea. Stafford is a stud, and would fit in at Dallas well. I think he’s still young too.

Romo is the A-Rod of quarterbacks, great stats, except for when it really counts.

This is the exact mindset of Houston fans. They are literally the most cynical, hateful people ever to walk the Earth.

I don't begrudge anyone having one non-conference team they hate, as long as there's a reason. However, the media invented the America's Team moniker, so I don't think it's fair to hold that against Dallas.
