Good morning, everyone! 29 and sunny in the respectably Republican Charlotte suburbs. I have a Spanish Lent retreat this morning - “working vacation,” since I’ll be singing, but I’ll also get to listen to the speakers. Maybe there will be tamales ... but in case there isn’t, I’ll take some apples.
Hope you all have a terrific Caturday. I’m off to cut up apples and then get Kathleen up.
The Snow was nothing to do with anything controlled from this end, Honest.
“tamales” My Babelfish jammed on that...?
Caturday is cold and overcast here.
Yesterday was torrential ‘fog’.
Have a good day. :)
Still messing with Sasquatch, trying to get things in sync. I really need a brain.
I got the computer to recognize the PDA via Bluetooth, but can’t get the PDA to recognize the computer. I’m either missing some vital information, or I didn’t understand the destructions. I’m sure the problem is in the PDA, but I don’t know how to troubleshoot it.
I guess I'm not such an odd old duck after all.
A red “x,” no. A miniature donkey, oh, yeah!
Yeah, those hot links get a lot of people in trouble here. Missing pix or red xes. Sigh...
I’ve learned my lesson and always run them through a picture host.
Cute [unladylike word], BTW.
When I have company, they always put their computers on the dining table. There are few available flat surfaces, here! LOL!
The Most Self-Interested Man In The World:
"I may not always have company, but when I do,
. . . I make them pay admission!"
The admission for most overnight company is a meal at a spendy restaurant.
(OK. I lied. It’s just FOOD I don’t have to prepare in any way shape or form!)
Ooohhh...I should send some mitts...
What a handome little feller he is! Hugs to the parents!
(The grandparents are most likely hugging each other for a job well done without the stress of a personal deadline!)
(A mutual FRiend said she “really needs” to go East and hug you.)
It’s still chilly after yesterday’s rain and hail; the mountains have snow down to about 3000’, which makes me glad I’m 300’ lower. However, we do have some wind coming right off that cold, white stuff!
(If I could swing it, I would join our FRiend in going Eat.)
The neighborhood daffodils are disappointed that there isn’t snow to push up through.
They do like to show off. No yellow yet. The groundhog’s shadow still hovers.
I know a restaurant.
That was taken Wed. night, a few hours after he turned one week old. :-)
I’ll deliver the Hugs the next chance I get. XO
It’s been nice, you know. I haven’t had to change a diaper yet, and I have barely even noticed them up at night. I’m starting to like this job of Grandparent.
I will put some little mitties in the mail on Monday. Marshall is too beautiful to scratch his own face! My son was BALD until he was almost 9 months old, so Marshall looks great! Like a BOY!
That’s sweet Face!
For now he is wearing socks on his hands. The cuffs help keep them on.
My daughter and son were bald too, lol.
I hope the mitties get there before Marshall starts school...
Too late Hun! I've been teaching him. I told him about stars, and soil, and growing things, and light, and, lol, can Ya tell I'm loving this?
There is so much for him to learn.
