I am waiting for my daughter to come home from her Civil Air Patrol meeting and I have a movie ready to go for the family this evening. It is a much better alternative than having the yell at the TV using language that is completely unacceptable. I am sure it would only take 30 seconds before I call Obama Amish if I start watching him.
I previewed a movie that is on Netflix the other night. It seems like it will be a good one. A teenage boy that sails unassisted around the world back in the 60's. Low tech, no GPS, storms, strange lands, and for women, a love story. This is what we will watch.
The reason ... It's not because he sailed around the world, or climbed a mountain, it's because he didn't give up ... That gives people hope.
Citizen Kane here too. Although around 9:20 I switched channels to see if the speech started yet. Of course, it hadn’t. If the jerk was ever on time, it would be a miracle.
Watching General Hospital. After that, Young and the Restless. My soaps are more realistic than the bozo in chief.
Listening to a Mark Levin podcast while cleaning my new XDM. A great ending to a rainy day in SC.
Went to 912 meeting now on FR.

Perusing FR, studying Torah, then going to clean out belly button lint...which I shall affectionately name after DemocRAT and RINO congress-critters. There’s a little Carl Levin lint ball now!

But I’ll use my mean comment as a teachable moment anyway... I hate the actions of my little Carl Levine lint ball....not his holy soul. In Judaism we love the pure soul, and despise the actions. The core of the person’s soul is good, indeed, G-dly, a part of G-d literally and actually, even as the actions stray from His will. So I’ll maybe make a fantasy roll playing game with Carl Levine lint ball and Mitch McConnel lint ball...they’ll repent, filibuster Hagel (Schmagel,) and go to an interfaith prayer breakfast or something. I haven’t worked out the whole linty story line.

Haha! I let ol’ Levin take it for me because my blood pressure gets too high. I worry about Mark, tho because I know his anger is genuine and I worry for his health.

Watching the fantastic speech by Dr. Ben Carson for the umpteenth time. I love seeing Obama’s scowl juxtaposed to Carson’s smile!
