Walmart sales called a 'total disaster'. Anyone else making the connection with the shoddy treatment of gun owners and the slavish boot kissing of the Administration?
Yet they are.
Where is it that you guys do all your shopping that is more conservative, or more hated by the left?
I don't fault Walmart for a rumor that was likely started by the left to stir up conservative anger toward Walmart.
We have a couple of really nice walmarts locally.
However I think that the People of Walmart reputation is not helping the Walmart chain.
Sorry, by loyal, I meant employees, not shoppers. As I said, my reasons are not political. I do my shopping by what works best for me, I simply choose to exclude walmart.
Regarding that made up ammo issue, I have continued to obtain WalMart ammo (Winchester, Remington, etc), and their prices are excellent - the best around. They get 2-3 shipments a week, and expect that to go on forever. They put in a 3 box limit because people were buying WalMart's inexpensive ammo to resell at gun shows for higher prices, but otherwise no real change in policy. There is no WalMart turn away from shooting sports.
People like me you mean? Family man, prayerful, educated, healthy, a professional, conservative, shooter, hunter, fisherman, prepper, pay so much in taxes I'm ashamed for my country, a flag-waving, nation-loving, law-abiding citizen?
That kind of people you mean?
So did I, Walmart employees seem to like working there.
I shop by what is best for me also, and Walmart prices are best on most things that I buy, I also don't like to support the left, unions, price-gouging, and anti-gun stores, so I rarely or never use the stores that you Walmart haters use.

The left put together a collection of photos to bring down the store they hate.
Any conservative could do the same thing to any other store, what shocks me is how effective leftist propaganda is, and how many people post and promote that site, who normally don’t support the left on many other issues, besides breaking non-union/gun carrying stores.
Yet Costco, left leaning; thrives. Its CEO spoke at the DNC. Prices there are going up in a big way. Somehow inflation figures don’t show it.
There may be more to Walmart’s sales ups and downs than shelf prices. It’s getting a reputation for sleaze and obesity.
Case in point - granola bars, nutrition bars, even candy bars - they're all visibly smaller when you open the package, but the package is the same size. Coffee - you can't find a 2 lb or 3 lb package - they're all smaller than those traditional packages. Liquors that used to be 86 or even 90 proof are now 80 proof, the federal minimum legal limit for calling it distilled spirits. Newspapers and most news magazines are thinner, but the same price, and still spewing the same toxic liberal crap that they always do.

Three weeks ago I bought a Colt M4 LE 6920 for $1,097 at Walmart. I love them.
I belong to both Sam’s and Costco, and the stores are only a few miles apart.
In my view, the clientele in Costco is definitely more upscale than Sam’s. You get a “higher end” vibe about the whole place. One other interesting thing is that Costco’s gasoline price is typically 2 cents above Sam’s also, although both are usually 10-12 cents below prevailing prices.
I heard an analyst on tv mention that Costco is just a breakeven financial proposition on their merchandise and all their profit comes from the membership money.
It would be an interesting comparison to see how Amazon is doing. Walmart is terrified of Amazon.
