Thanks Ol’ Sox! I wonder how long that would stay good in the freezer? That is a good idea...so many different ones you could make!

Quiche...great idea! I keep mine in the freezer for a couple of months. I freeze slices and put them directly in to microwave (for kids). I also make the smaller size and freeze those for meals (w/salad, etc.) I use freezer ziplocs.
Lucky you! A friend with fresh eggs is a good friend :)
