“Tom Monaghan calls requiring businesses, schools and other religious places to pay for such drugs a gravely immoral practice and filed suit earlier this month in federal court”
Finally, someone willing to stand up for principles against this immoral government.

We need to be prepared to ruin the credit ratings of the government lawyers handling this case. Sounds petty but they're government employees and don't make enough to have folks screwing with their credit ratings.
Some types of lawsuits should earn a reputation for being so smarmy that any contact will make further experience as a lawyer miserable.

Thank God for some good news regarding Obamacare. WE must find a way to defend ourselves from this monstrosity.
To: muawiyah
Exactly. Especially in this economy most business owners don’t have millions to spend on lawyers to fight it but there are a few who do. All you need is a few to set precedent.

It should be up to both religious people and the state to define the separation between church and state.
To: Morgana
Does this have any effect on Hobby Lobby?
To: Ann Archy
Hobby Lobby and Papa John’s are among those that are fighting hard and their requests were struck down by other courts. They are out there, it’s just that there is no press coverage except in very isolated cases.
Papa John’s is fighting two issues, the HHS Mandate and also the one that requires them to post calorie count. They only make a gazillion possible combinations - think for a minute how complicated and/or totally impossible that exercise in futility is. The franchise close to our home supplies pizza for our Saturday night church service attendees and the owner recently commented that pizza shop owners may have to change their advertisement from “Have it Your Way” to “Have it Obama’s Way”.
