Anyone notice those red equal signs on Facebook today? Vanity

Posted on 03/27/2013 6:39:38 PM PDT by erod

So I just noticed today that a few of my "Facebook friends" more like 2 people I haven't spoken to in twenty years, had those stupid gay marriage red equality signs up. I defriended them all, anyone else have the same thing happen?

And this is the saddest thing to see among those who should — and really do — know better. The Truth is not determined my personal circumstances. Never has been. Never will be. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. What He has said is wrong has always been wrong and will forever be wrong, regardless of what family member is engaging in that behavior. I find myself growing more and more outspoken and less and less tolerant of the nonsense so prevalent in our culture today. Hope you called this person out.

I noticed. I also posted my true feelings about homosexuality and as a result was “unfriended” by two people.

Where’s their tolerance for my beliefs??

Homosexual marriage (there is nothing “gay” about it) is going against the natural order. When that happens, chaos occurs. Just like the welfare law taking away the role of fathers in family life. Abortion, which began as killing babies in the womb, has digressed to killing babies after they are born, as well as devaluing human life throughout our lifespans. Mass murders, murders in the streets, shooting a baby as his mother pushes him in the stroller, and so on and so on. Is this the results of unintended consequences or is this by design? I believe it is the latter.

That’s the faggot sign for equality. Unfortunately, working in Hollywood you discover crap that shouldn’t be discovered.

I heard about it ahead of time and stayed away so I would not have to look at it.

Here you go ... someone posted this on FB today: photo 580164_4539880867253_382876549_n_zpsd2364e00.jpg

Caption was:

God loves all people, all genders, all ages, all people groups. Today i will stand with Christ on his definition of what a marriage is :

"For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh" - Matthew 19:5

I have no interest in taking away freedom, or creating controversy, but rather just to wave the flag for Jesus above all causes. I am more interested in biblical truth than I am with aligning myself with what the world deems acceptable.

Bill Ayers said in his autobiography that the Weather Underground engaged in partner swapping and that he even had sex with male members of the terrorist group to “SMASH MONOGAMY”.

Pussy Riot says they are out to end all religion and “SMASH THE PATRIARCHY”.

Same goal at work here.

They don’t want marriages. They want to corrupt the meaning of “marriage”. Some of the “groundbreaking” couples have already gotten divorced (more “groundbreaking” and “history making”).

Do gay friendly churches think that God only frowns upon their relationships only because they aren’t married (thus “living in sin”)?. Some of the

Here’s something else to ponder, some companies have “partner benefits” for live in lovers of the same sex (not always offered for those of opposite sex).

If same sex marriage becomes the law of the nation, how many people in same sex couples are going to lose their insurance coverage?

The closed minded ones are those who refuse to debate the issue and defend their calls for judicial action in the absence of court precedence and constitutional language.

Jesus didn’t look to the government to heal the sick. He did it Himself. Hardly a Socialist. How many anti-war protest marches did He lead? Against which specific wars? Foreign born? Not in His own land.

It’s become much less about connecting and sharing with people and much more of a way to reduce arguments to small quotes and thumbnail pictures.

The Left did the same thing in the days on Myspace.

The ONLY log in advertisement I EVER saw (first screen you HAD to view after logging in) was a propaganda hit piece on the Boosh administration in the aftermath of Katrina.

And the Left was all up in arms about the pending court decision on Lawrence v. Texas as well. Same s#!t, different day.

Many years ago my younger brother told me “As we grow older out tolerance for bulls**t decreases.”

I have found that to be true.
