These are soooo pretty!
Pretty “good wishes” card, teenie! Thanks~~~
What a beauty that one is....wow!
Seems you’ve made a new, sweet friend. Hunter will always remember you from Bible School. My hubby and I use to teach a class of 10/12 year olds and we got so much out of it and sure hope the kids received something they won’t forget. So many years ago but so rewarding. Neither of us felt qualified to teach but those wide eyed kids seemed to grasp everything we said. Even when we feel unqualified, the Lord will always step in and help us with our words.
What a sweet, calm kitty. I love kitty cats!!
Me too! Thank you, jaycee..I pray your back is better today!
(((HUGS)))
My computer seems to not be running correctly. I have a couple of posts that won’t go through. I wonder where they are.. Maybe they’ll magically show up later....LOL!
Well, magically, all my posts popped up at the same time. I believe in magic this morning. My next wish is to blink my eyes and all the work will be finished.....teehee! I may be asking for too much at one time.
Have a great day, everyone!
Hope so!
over the top
I dont agree with those who rail against material things and say that owning stuff is inherently evil. And I have to admit that Im a consumeroften tempted to pad my pile of treasures with items I think I need.
But I do recognize that one of the dangers of owning a lot of stuff is that it can lead to spiritual loss. The more we have and the more we feel as if we have all we need, the more prone we are to forget our need for God and even our desire for Him. Yet, ironically, everything we have comes ultimately from God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy (1 Tim. 6:17).
Sadly, our enjoyment of Gods provisions might just mean that we end up loving the gift and forgetting the Giver. This is why, when God was getting ready to give His people a life full of bounty in the Promised Land of good and plenty, He warned, Beware that you do not forget the Lord your God (Deut. 8:11).
If God has allowed you to enjoy material abundance, remind yourself where it came from. In fact, all of us, whether rich in this worlds goods or not, have much to be thankful for. Lets heed the warning not to forget the Lord and praise Him for His abundant goodness.

I remember the singer on the Billy Graham show singing that song “I’d rather have Jesus than silver or gold”. Wonderful thoughts for today!
Beautiful graphic, Meg.

Thank you! It was a gift from a friend and I enjoy each bloom! I’m glad to read that your back is better today and I hope it stays that way! Back pain is THE worst!
Wonderful lesson, Rus..Thank you for being here with ODB every day.
Good morning, today is hubby’s 73rd BD. And on the 17th we saw great grand #4 Emory James arrive 3 weeks early at 5 lbs 5 ounces and 19 ins. Both mom and baby doing well.
Down side is next month I turn 65 on the 19th, yep hubby and I share the same day, just a month apart, besides the few years, he thought were to many. Now he is happy he changed his mind, or should I say I changed it for him? And he is healthier now too.
Happy Birthday to your hubby..Congratulations on your new grandson, Emory James.
