The fact that Chelsea would say something so incredibly ill-advised tells me she has zero political acumen; like her mother. I suspect this isn’t a remedial problem as it indicates a general lack of intelligence. She might get some good handlers, but she’ll be a gaff machine like Biden. That is fortunate as it does dim her prospects somewhat.
The fact that she would say something as stooopid, idiotic and insensitive about her grandmother who raised her while Hill was pursuing her “dreams” shows that all the money spent on her hideously expensive education was a waste.
