But Warren and Lindsye Newton, 25, allegedly trailed him and continued to lob insults.

Would these "insults" have happened to be racial slurs and epithets?

Blacks are becoming insane. The more they pull this crap the closer they are to finding that retaliation will be on it's way.

“Newton and Warren are each charged with third-degree assault on an at-risk adult “for allegedly continuing to assault the victim while he was lying unconscious on the ground,”

IMHO, beating an unconscious (or any other person otherwise unable to resist or defend themselves) ought to be considered attempted murder.

Three people in Denver face charges for beating a man unconscious after he stepped into frame for one of their photos, authorities said. The unidentified victim, 30, suffered facial damage, intracranial hemorrhaging and permanent blindness in his right eye, reported The Denver Channel.... .... The man eventually pushed them both away, at which point Terrell Moore, 27, allegedly punched him unconscious...Newton kept pummeling him with her purse, even though he was already out cold

What was she carrying in her purse?

I suspect I know what really happened. All speculation.

They had all been drinking, and they went outside the bar to take a picture.

Obnoxious drunk intervenes: “Hey, man! Take my pi-chur too, wif’ my arms around these hot babes!” (Or much, much cruder words to that effect, and maybe some grabby.)

The three: “No! Go away! Get lost!”

Obnoxious drunk: (spews a lot of obscenities, cursing at them and calling the women offensive names).

The pushing begins. I suspect that it can be argued as to who started it. The tempers of the three flare.

Then obnoxious drunk threatens them all and stomps off, saying he intends to retrieve a weapon, or that is his claim.

Why they followed him is a good question, and generally dismisses any argument of self defense.

Most all of this is speculation of “the other side of the story.”
