Survivor: Blood vs. Water is the 27th season of Survivor. It begins Wednesday, September 18, 2013 on CBS at 8/7c with a special 90 minute episode.
Redemption Island returns, but with a twist: remaining players will be forced to choose whether to "save" their partner on Redemption Island and switch places with them, thus allowing their partner to immediately re-enter the game, or leave them in exile to survive on their own.
As with the last two seasons, this season takes place in the Philippines, but in a different location: Palaui Island, Cagayan.

I’d love it if Marissa turned out to be a challenge beast and took out either John or Candice.
Since she’s finished second to Candice before I’d settle for John.
Well I would love to have been a sand crab on Redemption Island when Brad showed up — as well as to see the expression on Monica’s face at next week’s challenge.
Caleb - the King is dead. Long live the King.
It appears the power will go to his head.
Brad had gone out of his way to make Caleb uncomfortable, and then told him he told the girls to vote for him. Those moves have never worked well for the Target in Charge (TiC).
I know! Right? Talk about awkward. I think I can hear hysterical laughing coming from there.
Jeff calls this one of the biggest shifts of power in Survivor history — that is an overstatement. Brad’s demise was long overdue. They just waited too long to get rid of him. They should have gotten rid of him last week. Now Vytas and Hayden are at risk.
Will Jeff send someone back from RI to save their tails???
One thing we found out last night for sure — Candice wears the pants in that family.
Three days for Brad on RI with Candice will be like 3 months in hell with a she-devil. Imagine life on that island if she and he win the challenge next week.
I predict that this team will never win an IC and Caleb will be visiting RI next week.
She said that she wanted someone sent to RI who she could hate — like Brad.
Well — Candice got her wish.

I’ve done some searching and it sure looks to me like you’re right.
That was one of the links I found that led to my post #93 reply to Uncle Chip.
Her temper did come out a bit on the show but the boys made a mistake ditching her the first vote out of the gate.
I think she would have done well in the raft fight. Coulda’ took the other Mom’s and held her own with Rupert’s wife..
Uh Oh — the dreaded BLINDSIDE is coming
Will it be a real Blindside or a faux Blindside, a big Blindside or a mini Blindside??
The word has been watered down so much over the years, so who really knows.
The most likely Blindside would be Caleb but that is so obvious that it would hardly be considered a Blindside.

It was probably a good thing to get her off the island before she pulled something there.
Can’t wait to see how things went over at RI between Candice and her bestie Brad.
There are two players and the firepit that have a clue re the location of the hii — and all are on RI.
At this point John has probably told Candice — so that makes three players and the firepit — all on RI.
Now if Brad calls a 20 second timeout to talk to Monica before the challenge he might very well discretely tell her what he knows about the location of the hii in the event he loses the challenge. Let’s see if he does.
They may all be dissing that poor little hii right now but we all know that hiis have great value as the game moves along.
