This isn’t the first time this has happened. Probably won’t be the last. Wrong house repos are getting as bad as wrong house no-knock warrant searches.
Lot of isolated incidents these days, I’m thinking.
There should be a requirement of significant advance notice being attached to the front of the target house, so the actual owner/residents have a chance to correct an error.
