Good luck Mr. President "fixing" the mess of Obamacare code (at the very bottom in the graphic below) by December 1, 2013.

Oh I forgot. He didn't know. He didn't know this either. (What DOES he know anyway?)

(What did they use? Cobol? Fortran? Basic? Stacks of punch cards?)

Canadians must talk a lot. LOL

Me thinks this website probably includes a gun registry, voter registration rolls, DMV, law enforcement records, educational history, blah blah blah..

HAL9000 comes to the USA

500 million lines of code is either a number somebody pulled out of thin air, or one that some MSM reporter has botched up. I am a computer programmer by profession, and this is my not so humble opinion.

Wow! Has everyone here forgotten the reason for this mess? we are involved in the first Socialist takeover of Government in history and all we can talk about is the bad code? Really, are things that confusing?

Who is ‘everyone’? No, WE haven’t but the LIV’s will NEVER see what’s happened here. The Dems masterminded this ‘no worky’ website on purpose to fix it with Single Payer and get away with it because as always THE NEWS MEDIA HAS THEIR BACKS! The greedy bastards weren’t happy enough with O’care. They want every doctor and nurse to be DIRECT employees of the government.

Wow. I spend my days talking to (and writing) everyone I know about the socialist takeover of the US and if I post one article on another topic, you imply that ALL “we” can talk about is that one article I posted. You really needed self righteous attention that badly, eh?

Heh, sorry if I missed your other articles...but I’ve been busy...ha. Guess you are all in a fuss because I finally responded to something that you thought but did not say - gee, not sure how to respond to that.. It really was just my gut and it hurts...heh.

Sorry that it did not respond to your earlier posts. I don’t get to this site nearly as often as you it seems. I do actually love this site but find my time limited so I’m sure you understand...

I did hear one computer guy saying it would take a year just to fix the front end of this mess, codes etc.,......let alone what happens when you get sick and actually have to submit a claim...not to mention all the security issues...

Just a thought : Did they take the task out of country for fear that the people who know how to fix the problem here would sabotage the project? Some “good” conservative hackers need to move to Canada and get a job “working” on the DEcoding . (Call the project The Weaver ) so it is never finished!

I would guess that a problem of comparable magnitude would be processing every Visa/MasterCard transaction.

Any idea how many lines of code that takes?
