You’ve essentially outlined what I meant by “getting creative,” namely bypassing the whole system and paying cash. There is most certainly collusion going on whereby politicians, insurance companies, and an assortment of paper pushers are enriching themselves to the detriment of those who would be better off retaining their earned substance.
If you buy “The Big Lie” that Obama is the ideal then this article makes sense.
