So there is a disparity between the 81 percent white in population vs 90 per cent whites in certain jobs? What about the disparity between 13% blacks and whatever the % is overall - it’s 75 to 80 %black letter carries in Chicago, and they should be getting combat pay. Friends daughter applied for a job at top Boston Enviro firm. She was white and they told her outright that they never hired blacks.

Ok, I didn't read what the 33 jobs were but here is my thoughts. You own a business and you advertise for workers. You get some white people applying, 99% of them are well dressed, articulate, can count and do basic math and they speak real English. The Black and Hispanic applicants you interview dress like sh**, barely speak some form of Enlish, can't count and can't do basic math. Who do you hire? The educated white people or the uneducated minorities who show up hoping to luck into a gravy train.

If blacks want jobs they need to get a HS diploma(at the least), learn to speak correct English, and know basic skills such as math. However most of them prefer to remain stupid and uneducated because other wise they might be accused of "looking white", can't have that.
