Which Social Security Number did he use? He may have used the wrong one. He has so many it must be hard to keep track so it would be understandable.

My personal office staff tried to sign me up for Obummercare coz I was too busy but they said I had to do it in personam habeas corpuscum so they gave my staff the shaft.
I thought government documental application appearances cannot be PROXIED unless a proxy is issued by a Federal judge [proxy due to sickness, disability, etc.].
