What was your low this morning? It was 10 on my back porch at 7am.
Memphis stated we were at 2 degrees at 4am and local weather had us at 5 degrees. I guess it depended where the temperature was being taken in the area. Just East of here (4 miles) is a ridge where the water drains East into the Tennessee River Valley and West of that ridge the water drains into the Mississippi. I believe that topography is why locally a temperature can vary 1-5 degrees within a 5 mile radius.
