"Seahawks yech can’t stand those liberal computer nerds."

The Seahawk players are computer nerds? You are a bit misinformed.

Yes, the Redskins were the defending Super Bowl Champ and had the league’s number one ranked offense in 1983; - and set a new record for most points scored in a season ( that year ).

For being arguably the best QB ever, Peyton certainly laid a very large and public egg last night. The Broncos were out of sync from the first snap and the breakdown was total. I would grant that their D played well in the first half. It could have been a lot worse!

i’m pretty sure Tim wouldn’t have fumbled the first snap

?..., The ball was snapped over Manning's head by a wide margin. You think Tebow is Superman and could have just flown into the sky to haul that snap back to earth...?

I watched Tebow in his playoff game against New England. You obviously don't remember what a horrific performance he had against a very good Patriot defense. Let me refresh your memory: 9/26 passing for 136 yards; sacked 5 times; 5 rushes for 13 yards.

Great defenses almost always make great offenses look bad. I'm not a Seattle fan, nor am I a Denver fan (Raiders, Baby!), but Seattle has one of the best NFL defenses of all time-- very athletic and very smart. Denver didn't play any team with a defense anywhere near the caliber of the Seahawks in 2013-2014: Ravens, Giants, Raiders, Eagles, Cowboys, Jaguars, Colts, Redskins, Chargers, Chiefs, Patriots, Titans, Texans...; which one of those teams that Denver played this year was a top 10 defense? Zip, zero, nada....

This happened because God was watching when Denver treated Tebow so very poorly. He knew the best way to get them was to make them fly high and then cut their wings so they crash to earth...and they did.

“It was the Tebow curse.”

And I hope it never ends.

Leon Lett is also known for his own icy Thanksgiving performance in the “No, Leon, No!” play

I watched that game too. He had a vapor lock of epic proportions. What a bone head play that was.

I think that picture epitomizes the Bronco’s night.

This might be the Chinese Year of the Horse but it certainly wasn’t the Night of the Horse last night in New Jersey.

The Broncos turned in the worst Super Bowl performance in decades. Tebow would have done better. Serves Elway right.

Will the NFL turn on Russell Wilson now because he gave glory to God for his victory, or does persecution only apply to White Christian quarterbacks?

I think we will find out later that the CHawks had the play calls figured out because the defense played like they were in the offensive huddle. They also didn’t miss a tackle of blow a coverage and they made every single play they had to make.
Denver didn’t seem prepared IMO.

That Wilson kid has a bright future if he can stay healthy and keep out of trouble.

I had always figured my Pats’ loss to Chicago was the worst. Glad we’re number two.

“Will the NFL turn on Russell Wilson now because he gave glory to God for his victory, or does persecution only apply to White Christian quarterbacks?”

I think we know the answer to that, whites have all that white privilege, doncha know, so they have no right to praise God or seek His protection, white Christianity is designed to keep everyone else down and save the best for themselves, etc ad nauseum, and white Christians therefore deserve to be persecuted/ sarc

The use of Roman numerals is beyond the comprehension of most journalists. Although Manning lost to the Saints in Super Bowl XLIV, yesterday’s game was Super Bowl XLVIII.

Broncos lose record fifth Super Bowl

As a Browns fan, I'd trade teams with them right now.

This morning on the NFL network, it was the consensus that Mannings’ legacy will not be harmed at all by this game. I’m sorry, but I don’t get that. You screw up the biggest game of the year, and it doesn’t matter?

That said, I have nothing against Peyton; I hear he’s a conservative and a Christian, and he seems to be a decent guy. But I’m a Panthers fan, so I really didn’t care about yesterday’s outcome either way.
