Liberals get all upset when they get boycotted. They don’t have a leg to stand on in court.

My sister-in-law called me, last week, about buying cookies from her daughter. I said no, and told her the reason. She seemed taken aback, as she is very pro-life. Let’s see if she pulls her daughter out of the girl scouts. The group that her daughter is in is, no doubt, mostly Christian. I wonder how many parents know of the connection between the Girl Scouts and PP?

My sister was the girl scout leader for her area until she found out how liberal pro-lesbian/abortion girl scouts have become. She not only took her daughter out but started a Frontier Girl chapter and brought all the former girl scouts with her; shut down the GS program.

The lie with all those “reasons” is that no woman is required by any law in any State to keep and raise a child she bears. Therefore, all of the listed ‘reasons’ for abortion are completely and totally illogical.

The ONLY LOGICAL (not moral but logical) reasons for an abortion is that a woman does not want to remain pregnant and/or does not want to give birth.

That’s it.

Call them on this all the time.

Well, that is one way to burn through the cookie money.

The leadership in NYC is without question full of nothing but activist lesbians, most of the folks on the ground, troop leaders are just average everday moms who have honestly no idea how radical the leadership of the organization is.

In Texas it’s even worse than that because of GS naming Wendy Davis as their poster girl. After my grandson’s last Boy Scout meeting he asked me why we had to boycott Girl Scout cookies and who exactly is Wendy Davis, so the word is getting out. And yes, his father decided to keep him in Boy Scouts for the time being as he only has one more year before he gets his Eagle Scout award.

“The Girl Scouts threatening small pro-life groups could very well set up some great blow-back; the more the GSofA protests, the more publicity they will get, and the more publicity they get, the more customers and members they will lose.
In addition, they come across as bullies, and Americans are sick of bullies!”

Just ask Susan G Komen foundation on whether their affiliation with PP helped or hurt them.

In spite of more stupidity in the NFL wearing pink oufits, I understand that donations and participation at planned events is way way down.

Not here!

Should have known when they met at the Episcopal Church.

The girl scouts group shows its true colors. Filing lawsuits is what LIBs/DIMs do when they are thwarted somehow. Losers.

“GSUSA has an obligation to protect the Girl Scout name.”

How about not associating with abortion groups!

That’s wise advice for your grandson. He earned it and has been working toward Eagle for ten years.

Take a look at my tagline and you’ll see where I stand, yet my youngest son is going back into Boy Scouts later this year to complete Eagle. He’s completed everything but the project.

My oldest earned Eagle in December. Our whole troop moved to Trail Life USA in January.

The actual complaint appears to be to not use the girl scout registered logo in their mailings. That is more of a trademark issue, and it appears the people being asked to do so have stopped using the Girl scout trademark.

It doesn’t appear that they are threatening them for their opinion, just the use of the logo.

Funny, I was sitting here thinking the same thing. Boy, talk about bad publicity for the Girl Scouts!

Back to Nature also has a very good chocolate mint cookie and a peanut butter cookie, too, that I buy in place of GS cookies now.
