Hollywood executives Garth Ancier, David Neuman and Gary Goddard have been accused of sexually abusing teenage boys in lawsuits filed Monday in Hawaii federal court.
Ancier is the former president of BBC Worldwide America and also served as head of programming for Fox, NBC and the WB.
Neuman, the former president of Disney TV, previously worked for Digital Entertainment Network, which was headed by Marc Collins-Rector, who was cited as being involved in the sexual activity at the heart of plaintiff Michael Egan’s original lawsuit against director Bryan Singer.
As with the suit against Singer, Egan made a quartet of claims against each of the three execs — intentional infliction of emotional distress, assault, battery and invasion of privacy by unreasonable intrusion. Each of the suits recounted in explicit detail the sexual acts that took allegedly place between Egan and each of the men in Hawaii in 1999.
“Somebody has to stand up to these people,” Egan said.
Goddard heads a design firm in Los Angeles that has created theme park attractions for Universal Studios.
Alan Grodin, an attorney for Goddard and a partner at Weintraub Tobin Chediak Coleman Grodin, issued a statement: “Gary Goddard is out of the country and we have not seen the complaint. Based on what we have heard, the allegations are without merit. Once we have seen the complaint we will respond appropriately.”
Ancier did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The filings were unveiled at a news conference Monday at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills by attorney Jeff Herman, Egan and his mother.
“It’s not about money, it’s about disarming these powerful pedophiles,” the alleged victim’s mother, Bonnie Mound, told reporters through tears.

I’ve heard stories that a lot of the “Brat Pack” era boys were molested by pedophile Hollywood big wigs.
That might explain a lot the drug abuse and self destruction amongst the group.
I have no doubt this massive pedophile ring extends even further than the recently uncovered one in Britain that involved top government officials. You’ll find a lot of these directors, writers, etc have been abusing children for years. I could name a few suspects in mind, but I don’t want to bring a lawsuit on myself. Just think of those directors who behave very strangely in interviews like they have mental problems.
Of course, the industry was emboldened when Joe McCarthy was stabbed in the back during the course of his investigations.

Ancier's network television career began in 1979[4] when NBC Entertainment President Brandon Tartikoff hired him as a program associate. He rose through the ranks and supervised production of the network's top comedies including The Cosby Show, Cheers, Family Ties and Golden Girls.
In 1986, Barry Diller, Jamie Kellner and Rupert Murdoch tapped the then 28-year-old Ancier to be the founding Entertainment President for the new Fox Broadcasting Company, where he put 21 Jump Street, Married... with Children, The Simpsons and In Living Color on the air.
Ancier went from Fox to Disney as President, Disney Television, where he developed Home Improvement.
From October 1991 through July 1992, Ancier served as the Television Consultant to the Democratic National Committee, specifically to advise on the television presentation of the Democratic Convention in New York and reporting to DNC Chairman Ron Brown.
