Homosexual activists are outraged after ExxonMobil once again refused to explicitly include sexual preference in its anti-discrimination policy, marking the 17th time the company has done so.
New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli has led the charge to add sexual preference to the gas companys equal opportunity policies, which currently state that individuals employed by or seeking employment with the corporation will be evaluated without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, citizenship status, age, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or other legally protected status.
ExxonMobil argues that their zero-tolerance standards for discrimination already exceed federal regulations and apply equally to every worker, regardless of sexual preference. The company has also offered full benefits to legally married same-sex couples since the Supreme Court struck down key provisions of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) in 2012.
But homosexual activists say its not enough for ExxonMobil to simply declare all discrimination out-of-bounds: they want homosexuals and transgender people specifically highlighted as off limits.
Some gay activists have called on Barack Obama to issue an executive order forcing the company to comply with their demands.

If you want to drill in the Middle East, you must be careful as to exactly what type of ‘drilling’ you support.
Don’t think for a minute that Exxon is any different than other big companies - but in the case of Exxon, they have a LOT TO LOSE by not taking on the gay mafia.
Please forgive me...i am so BAD! I started to read this article and a vision popped into my head of a bunch of roughnecks in Hard hats and pink leotards slaving away on an offshore oil rig.
They are tasked with drilling for oil. Not feces.
Too bad. Sodomy is not a prerequisite for oil exploration, nor a corporation’s bottom line.

I can remember staying at a hostel during a cycling tour. A guy woke us up with a Bible verse, but to his chagrin, I suggested reading that verse. He did.

And, actually, it is in line with the subject matter of this thread.
If the people who are trying to bully Exxon/Mobile knew the Truth, it would indeed set them free.
If the homos would just recognize that being a homo is a mental disorder, then they’d be covered under the policy.
As long as they contend that their perverted lifestyle is normal, then they are outside the discrimination policy.
