Failure – In practical terms, psychopaths always fail, and psychopathic failure creates misery for families, communities, and nations.

But we certainly need to Jail those who act in unlawful ways whether they be psychopaths or not.

Their 2 primary “go-to” responses are
- rage (when their attempts to control are thwarted)
- hate (when the falsely-constructed mask slips & they are outed)
Their other ‘common presentation’ is sadness, often tending toward despair. It’s how they suck their victims in.

that is why I have a quibble with fMRI’s & other supposedly “objective” means of measuring this.
I honestly don’t think that “control”, such as found in “Minority Report” would be that outlandish a concept, and not very far away, should we be led to RELY on them heavily (in making the diagnoses).
It is nonsensical to make this claim. Lenin's ancestry displayed the quite common mixed ethnicity encountered in Russians. His father was a loyal and enegetic servant of the Czar and had worked himself up from modest origins to being officially ranked as minor nobility on the table of rank and precedence in the Russian Empire. The problem was he died fairly young and the mother and sisters absolutely worshiped the ‘brilliant’ and ‘genuiselike’ brothers. The eldest who ended on a gallows for plotting to assassinate the Czar and the younger Vladimir who displayed egomaniacal traits from early in his adolescence. Without the strong hand of his father to restrain him Lenin became a classic self worshiping malevolent narcissist. Unfortunately history gave him opportunities to live his megalomianaichal dreams.
Kansas’ own BTK killer Dennis Rader was a prime example of psychopathy. When you look at his work record, it becomes apparent that he chose jobs that put him in a position of control. In retrospect, it was no surprise that he abused his powers.
The United States Constitution.... is written down as block to psychopathy.....

Almost every amendment to it, enabled some form of psychopathy.. maybe all of them..
To wit; currently the psychopaths are in control... and probably have been for decades.. maybe a century..
