Failures come to all who walk this planet, including those who love and walk with God.
God does not promise success, but to give grace to those who look to Him.
But, beware - the proud and self-righteous He leaves to themselves, and pride comes before a fall.......i.e., if you think you won’t fall or fail, that seals your fate that you will........

Diana you been around long enough to know that there are even FReepers who are depended on the Government in SHTF. Its one of their bullet points when they make fun of us preppers.

No statement could be more “GOD” righteous.
It really sounds like you are tilting at some imaginary windmill.
Spiritual failure comes from not inviting the Lord into one’s life. Nothing is asserted here about earthly “failures.”
Maybe as a rhetorical question that is supposed to elicit the observation “Well, it can’t!”

Any time a catastrophic event occurs, people will always point the finger on GOD, for allowing it to happen. That is human nature. They forget, that they have been warned of this happening, many, many, years before. There is the 10 commandments. In these 10 COMMANDMENTS, GOD is saying; “IF YOU FOLLOW THESE 10 RULES, YOUR LIFE WILL BE HAPPIER”. Like, DON’T LIE, DON’T CHEAT, BE HONORABLE IN YOUR DEALINGS WITH OTHER PEOPLE. Instead, people have “itching ears”, and listen to people that tell them that they have been “VICTIMIZED” by another group, and the only way they can make it right is for having government do their stealing for them.
