Not exactly...My take from looking at the drawing from the wounds and knowing that the big guy walked away from the police car goes like this:
During the scuffle at the car with the cop seated and Brown standing, Brown had a hold of the end of the gun...The cop pulled the trigger and grazed Brown's thumb...Brown walked away and the cop hollered at Brown...
Brown fearing he may be shot in the back turned around...At this point, Brown raised his hands over his head or more likely, raised them slightly as if to ask, what now??? The arm wounds show that his arms were twisted to the position that would confirm this idea...
The cop may have taken this as a threat and started firing...No doubt that Brown was not running forward with his arms in that position...No doubt adrenalin was flying high...
The wounds in the neck and chest are probably what keeled Brown over while the cop kept shooting...
Be interesting to know if the cop emptied his gun...Looks like the cop just stood there and fired til his gun was empty...
