In the latest chapter of political correctness versus the sporting world of common sense, which is overwhelmingly behind owner Dan Snyder, leftists have now recruited some game announcers to refrain from saying “Redskins” during broadcasts. Why you ask? It’s all about a political agenda, a victimization platform, designed to grossly misrepresent the intent and history behind one the most recognizable teams in NFL history. If you recently fell off the turnip truck and landed in Nancy Pelosi’s garden for the not so gifted, the term ‘Redskins’ was obviously chosen to cheer a professional football team onto victory by conveying the rousing concepts of hatred, bigotry, and white toast; just never the spiritual embodiments of courage, bravery, and Native American ferocity. Likewise, because liberals have no concept of honor, strength, or voter ID – just race baiting, record deficits, anti-Semitism and endless entitlements – they refuse to explain why or how a team moniker, firmly entrenched as common nomenclature for well over half a century, is suddenly so offensive, vile and unacceptable. In other words, it’s because they say so!
The fact progressives show more outrage over a football team’s nickname than our government consciously abandoning America's border or the White House using the IRS and EPA to target political opponents speaks volumes to their priorities, principles and subsequent inability to reason. What the lapdog media conveniently buries is news of the Washington Redskins repeatedly consulting, hosting and honoring Native Americans throughout the tenure of their proud history. Of course such an admission by rabid activists would require being honest and not unearthing bigotry where it’s nowhere to be found…except in the imaginary minds of pompous politicians. If you absolutely want to discover the truth about the legitimacy of this movement, ask yourself one simple question: why are a clear majority of those most vocal about the “Redskins” name not Native American? It’s called conditioning…political brainwashing…bullshit. If I was a Washington fan, even for a day, I’d chant "Redskins" as loudly and irreverently as humanly possible every second of every game. The only way to defeat the fascist forces of political correctness is to incessantly mock them with the very object of their cultivated disdain: the stench and sound of their own stupidity. Then again, being sacked by JJ Watt while wearing a straight jacket with a leather helmet wouldn’t hurt either!
You want to know something? I find the “Washington” part much more offensive than the “Redskin” part.
