Shame, really. We could discuss whether Christina Hendricks looked decidedly ... smaller ... than she does these days.

The Simpsons, it’s starting season 26 next month. Other than soaps, and news shows, is this the longest running TV show? I think it may be unless you count Saturday Night Live?

Doctor Who has just started its 34th season, but that did have a 17-year hiatus from 1988-2005.

Of them, I’ve only seen Twin Peaks.

My votes (in no particular order):

Mr. Ed, Green Acres, Alfred Hitchcock, Twilight Zone, Danger Man (Secret Agent Man), Flintstones, Johnny Carson’s Tonight Show, Dean Martin Show, Andy Williams Show, Ed Sullivan Show, and Looney Tunes (the original movie house ones) on Saturday mornings.

Christina Applegate is actually one helluva talent, and very smart.

Laugh-In could have gone on forever. Sophie Vergara saying “sock it to me.”

Twilight Zone
Outer Limits
Nowhere Man
Classic Star Trek
Science Fiction Theater (Ivan Tors anthology from the 50s)
The Invaders
China Beach (great cast, IMHO)

My family is enjoying “Heartland” on UPN; it’s the only new thing we watch.

I take it back. I think it was called Werewolf. Incidentally, I knew Palance was a Republican, but this makes me like him even more (from Wikipedia):
Palance, at the time chairman of the Hollywood Trident Foundation, walked out of a Russian Film Festival in Hollywood. After being introduced, Palance said, "I feel like I walked into the wrong room by mistake. I think that Russian film is interesting, but I have nothing to do with Russia or Russian film. My parents were born in Ukraine: I'm Ukrainian. I'm not Russian. So, excuse me, but I don't belong here. It's best if we leave."[14] Palance was awarded the title of "People's Artist" by the President Vladimir Putin on that occasion; however, Palance refused the title.

The original cast was classic.

Went down hill from there.

No issues at all with this list.

Loved Barney Miller.

Forgot to include that one on my first list.

+1 on the Dean Martin Show! Timeless.

I'll add the 3 Stooges, even though not really a show. Never. Gets. Old. Not to me anyway.
