What will go down in high school football history, a grounds crew in Maryland mowed the artificial turf.
Wouldn't it smell like something is burning? Maybe just look wrong?

Actually this era is such a combination of technological brilliance and everyday stupidity that it would not surprise me much if someone were to actually invent a plastic turf that would somehow grow in length and promote it as being a wonderful new invention, “Now, at last, you can have the fun of mowing your artificial turf as if it were real grass.” Of course they would develop a totally new mower that only costs twenty thousand dollars to use to mow it but what the hey.
