Is FreeRepublic Pro Harry Reid?
Vanity | 9/17/2014 | Vanity

Posted on 09/17/2014 4:36:52 PM PDT by Kansas58

A very disturbing number of Freepers are openly advocating, on Free Republic threads, for the defeat of Senator Pat Roberts and other good Conservative Republicans. Greg Orman, in Kansas, is a pro abortion, anti gun, tax and spend Liberal Democrat who has given tens of thousands of dollars to Obama and Pelosi and the Democrat Party and Harry Reid. I am called an "idiot" for supporting Roberts. However, I think that those on Free Republic who support Harry Reid and Greg Orman should be ZOTTED, kicked off the site. I have had enough of there hate filled, vindictive, misguided trash.

Except the guy in charge of the fence said ...

No analysis from you about the data and figures provided to you directly from Border Patrol. You're goin' with "the guy in charge said"?

It's no wonder that you are sadly ignorant about the effectiveness of border fencing, the terrain and property in South Texas, and the cost to taxpayers.

We need more than just a fence or a double fence. We need physical fence where it makes sense, more boots on the ground, and more technology to stop the flow of illegals over, under, and around the existing border fences.

Kansas58 was a woman? Yikes! That kind of explains everything.

LOLOLOL!! For you and me both, Sister FReeper! {^) (I am of the female persuasion myself!)

The ZOT at Post #731 was toasty one, not Kansas58.

toasty one was a blatant retread who has made dozens
of attempts to get back on FR, and failed. He or she was
outed and ZOTTED by JimRob himself.

And while I did a ZOT announcement post for Kansas58,
I really don’t know why she got ZOTTED, just that she
got the old heave-ho. I did not have time to read all the
previous 550 some-odd posts made before the ZOT.

Are there seriously FReepers who would support an undercover Demokrat over Pat Roberts in Kansas??? I get that Roberts is old, but from what I know (only lived in Kansas a year), he’s about as conservative as they come. In contrast, the “Independent” candidate is a Dem who “left the party” (*wink wink*) in a pathetic attempt to deceive the good Kansas voters.

I’m absolutely voting for Roberts.

Yeah, I know. The toasty one opposed the idea in the one post left in his/her posting history.

Doesn’t matter how often you try to sidetrack the issue or promote the LaRaza interpretation of a given set of numbers. As I said, people can read the facts for themselves published widely.

So rant away.

I posted Border Patrol apprehension figures directly from the BP website. There is no other interpretation.

I was minding my own business on this thread when you decided to poke me with a stick. I shoved you back with cold, hard facts. And now you got nothin’. You know it and I know it.

Sling that LaRaza label some more, Norm. It’s such a winning argument. /s

It didn’t have to be this way.

To: BuckeyeTexan

And you didn’t have to twist reality. Those ‘numbers’ leave out the rest of the story. The rest of the story that ignores the thousands of articles proving that fence reduced illegal immigration.

No, it didn’t have to be this way at all. I can remember several civil conversations with you on the subject. Then, a couple months back, you decided to spout propaganda. It’s in both of our post histories. You were corrected with several articles and you chose to continue pushing the memes a out the fence effectiveness. That was your choice.

Tell me what exactly do you suppose people opposed to the influx think when they see people on right wing websites posting provable garbage that supports the left wing position that fences do not work...right in the middle of an dem created, GOP supported illegal invasion? Do you suppose we are supposed to applaud you? Are we supposed to pat your back and say “Good Job Buck!”?

I hope if anything comes out of this, people look into the fence issue and see the thousands and thousands of articles showing the extreme effectiveness of the San Diego fence in reducing illegal crossings. Because you are dead wrong and there are millions of words printed, testimony given and first hand accounts PROVING it works.

The Perry strategic fence effectiveness is on display right now. Democrats simply refuse to allow the operators/agents to do their job. But you can’t turn off a fence. A real one.

And if a handful of determined illegals manage to climb it with one of Ricks ladders? So what? If it’s done right there would be THOUSANDS that were prevented. Tens of thousands. A month. And you think that’s a bad idea?

As you know, we have the tech to go coast to gulf coast. We CAN build it. And it is PROVEN to work. So it comes down to public will. Some of us fight for it and some oppose it. And there is not a single conservative argument that can be made as to why it is a bad idea.

http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3205124/posts?page=48#48

Perhaps if he asked the mods to remove his posts that I linked, he can claim he isn’t lying!
[Some trolls HAVE tried that one in the past..]

http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3205124/posts?page=190#190 here he claims Romney wasn’t as bad as he was.
Also: “If you don’t support the RINO, you’re supporting the dem!!! *Drooling spit splatter*”

http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3205124/posts?page=191#191
More RINO pushing.

http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3205124/posts?page=195#195
Somehow handing the Senate to guys who cave to every whim of the Dems will magically change things...

http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3205124/posts?page=197#197
More magical thinking, somehow handing the senate to liberal republicans who hate conservatives and cooperate with Dems somehow changes things.

http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3205124/posts?page=200#200
MORE of same.

http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3205124/posts?page=207#207
Mental disjunction, agrees that the RINOs are bad, yet continues pushing to elect them.

http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3205124/posts?page=246#246
Next he tries mentioning RELIGION.
A gambit by trolls to try and appeal to religion to get you to compromise your principles.

The thread is full of posts from him like that.
Then he says this:
http://freerepublic.com/focus/chat/3205124/posts?page=619#619

An outright LIE.

Irony alert.
He says, and I quote: “Your answer to America being ripped to shreds is to give the leftists and Islamist sympathizers even more power.”

John McCain, liberal RINO, was photographed with the press guy for ISIS, some Al-Qeada, and other assorted creeps when he met the “Syrian Opposition”.
The “Moderate Islamics” that congress just voted to arm.
Voting in more RINOs only gets more of the same terrorist sympathizing idiots like McCain, Cochran, Mitch McConnell.

But hey, vote for the liberal Rino or else you support the Dem, right iffinnegan?

You confuse my pointing out the fallacies of believing a fence is the solution to secure the border with total opposition to a fence. You are wrong again.

You still got nothin'.

Enjoy some pics of your spectacular San Diego double pedestrian fencing.

Forget ladders, Norm. They've got axes and battery-operated saws.

And tunnels with electricity and rails.

And the cost? 14 miles of primary fence in San Diego was initially projected to cost $1 million per mile. It ended up costing $21 million per mile. Annual maintenance costs appear to be approximately $8 million per mile.

14 miles of primary fence for $294 million and $112 million per year every year after that. Now multiply that by ~2000 miles of border. Let's spend $16 billion per year to maintain a fence when we could pay $200 million per year to station a BP officer every half mile. Yeah, that's cost-effective.

BTW, that doesn't include buying land from private property owners, some of whom have been cut off from their own damn country. Fenced out of Texas and the United States. Oh well. Good luck to 'em.
