I have some very good news for Matthew! He has always been a man, and never did successfully change into a woman.
You see, his chromosomes have always remained XY, and were never changed to a set of XX chromosomes. All he did was have expensive superficial cosmetic work done.
That sad part of his request is that he is mistaken. No one owes him happiness. Now, he does have the Natural Right for the pursuit of happiness, but that doesn’t include other people footing the bill.

(And just a side note. I know women who don’t wear make-up or wear heels. Maybe he was just expecting too much from himself.)

Well, the few “trans-whatever” persons I have ever encountered, look like men trying to pretend to be women. They just don’t look like normal females. So not surprising the rest of the world doesn’t perceive them as women either.
