Two areas that I know of in Michigan had illegals brought in; the Saginaw area on the east side and Grand Rapids on the west side. I think by church affiliated groups.
Chikingunya was turning up over by Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo this summer. Its a mosquito borne disease native to central and south America.
