Cowboys Waive Michael Sam From Practice Squad

IRVING, Texas – The Cowboys have decided to waive defensive end Michael Sam.
The practice squad player who joined the team on Sept. 3, spent the first seven weeks of the season on the 10-man squad and never made it to the 53-man roster.
Sam, the first openly-gay player in the NFL, was a seventh-round draft pick of the Rams.

Sam is black too. It must be difficult to decide what identity is more equal than the other. On one hand you have the incredibly powerful and wealthy gay half and the other the poor minority politically faithful black. Neither will allow one to be more equal than the other.
