(Full title: Nina Pham boyfriend's alleged condition and identity still undisclosed, dog to be tested for possible Ebola virus )

Even after news broke out about the hospital admission of the alleged boyfriend of Ebola patient Nina Pham due to Ebola-like symptoms, the information about his identity and present condition remain undisclosed.

Pham, a nurse from Dallas, Texas, is the first person in the United States who contracted the deadly virus after attending to visiting Liberian national Thomas Eric Duncan. He died on Oct. 8, a few days before Pham was admitted to the Texas Presbyterian Hospital. She was confined on Oct. 13.

The alleged boyfriend's condition, on the other hand, remains unrevealed as of press time.

Meanwhile, Pham's Cavalier King Charles spaniel named Bentley has also been admitted into a special facility and will have to undergo a series of tests while in quarantine to find out if he also contracted the Ebola virus.

Klain's job #1 is to keep US Ebola cases out of the newspapers and out of the media for the next two weeks until election day. He will do his utmost to make US Ebola news disappear until then.....

Yes, same guy. His reporting can be . . . sloppy . . . at times.

HIPPA....

Ok. But aren’t generalized descriptions still given for newsworthy medical treatment.

I.E. “A man is in critical condition after a car accident, more news tonight at ten.”

We get that basic information on a daily basis.

Shouldn’t our feral government at very least be required to tell we the sheeple how many people are being treated for Ebola at any given time, and what state they’re in? The absence of such concise information (the CDC website is very....ah...evasive on this) makes me start sizing my tin foil hat.

I don’t need to know the boyfriend’s name, or even his condition - but don’t we deserve to at least know whether or not the US Ebola cases have made it to a third tier?

NOT when the Dems have elections in 14 days. Klain is deep sixing US Ebola incidents....he is getting the stooge media to comply

Sloppy is an understatement.

Let me make a suggestion. Refer to him a Charles C. Johnson so as not to confuse him with Charles Johnson who writes for Little Green Footballs.

Not many of us suit up and empty ebola bedpans, but we all have close contacts who might contact someone who does.

It is certainly possible that everything is, in fact, as it appears and that there are only two cases ( Pham and Vinson).

It is just so strange the way everything suddenly went quiet after the czar came along.

Particularly odd is that only Pharm and Vinson have become ill.

FOX clearly reported that he had been hospitalized with Ebola symptoms yesterday morning but by evening all I could find were stories calling it a rumor or conspiracy theory.

Pham’s bf works at Alcon, a pharmaceutical mfg firm. Their PR people are handling this. I saw a copy of their letter somewhere…

I don’t blame them for keeping this quiet. I do hope we get updates on his condition. At least he has good insurance.

It is very reasonable to guess that they are suppressing the boyfriend’s status because he has it - and they don’t want to admit patient to nurse to another person transmission; that would mean admitting human to human transmission without a literal bloody mess.

Depends on how you define “literal mess”. She lives with her BF in a presumed intimate relationship.

Even if sex isn’t involved, it’s easy to “swap fluids” in such a situation...

Even odder is that 150 W. Africans are coming in a day and, yet, not a new case. Duncan was a pure anomaly.

Yes, I agree. But I believe the hospitals and doctors are so afraid of repercussions of the HIPAA law and CDC regs that they just follow the path of least resistance.............
