(Reuters) - New York Governor Andrew Cuomo did not inform New York City officials before announcing mandatory quarantines for some people arriving at airports around the city from Ebola-affected countries, Mayor Bill de Blasio said on Saturday.

I personally think it's time that Andrew Cuomo and Bill de Blasio had a Nicolae and Elena Ceausescu moment. On 25 December 1989, the President of Romania and his wife were given a fair trial, found guilty, and shot by a firing squad of eight.
