We just finished enrolling our family in the healthcare plan provided by my wife's employer. The deductible is $3000 per individual and $6000 for family. Our oldest son, who works for a private company, has also been put on our plan because he could not afford to pay the health exchange prices nor his employer's healthcare plan. My wife was paying about $450 per month on the healthcare premiums to cover the family. Now, we are suddenly going to be paying $650 per month and there are NO choices - just one plan from which everyone can choose. It only pays %70 of costs after deductible is met, not the %80 we used to have at lesser premium.
Now, multiply this by the millions of Americans about to be affected equally and and you will see a MAJOR economic impact starting next year when those premiums start getting paid. Someone wants amnesty for illegal aliens precisely so that they will not be able to mooch off of the healthcare system which will already be strained, but will also have to pay the outrageous prices for healthcare like all of the rest of us while the government is enriched through the process, It is all going to be on "Oh wow!" moment for everyone. Obama has NO choice now but to ram amnesty through by Executive Order or the whole stinking mess will come down around him.

No, they will enroll, get a big subsidy to the point where it is free, think it is a great deal, and vote Democrat. You however will pay through the nose in premiums, deductibles, and taxes. It is genocide by finance.

Sorry, but what you just said will never happen.
“Amnestied” illegals will simply get free medical care via free Medicaid or 100% subsidized obamacare exchange plans like the rest of obama’s current “base”. Or they’ll just keep getting free medical care via emergency rooms like they and the current “base” do now.
Almost no working person can afford to buy health insurance anymore because of obamacare, anyway. Most people won’t see a penny of medical care paid until they’ve paid $12,000 in premiums and deductibles, so they just go without medical health insurance.
So adding 15 million new free-medical care folk to the current situation simply accelerates the collapse envisioned by Cloward-Piven.

like eating out. movies. going to bars. malls. consumer electronics. etc
if the average person doesn’t have $500 in the bank... then they are already going check to check... then 0bama is going to toss them an extra $500+ a month?? that’ll just break most of those families.

The obamunists’ goal is single payer so obamacare was not intended to work in the first place. It is designed to fail. However it might be failing faster than intended.
Why are premiums for Obamacare so expensive?
Because we're paying for people who don't work, refuse to work, have never worked. We're paying for illegals who can't work above board and pay their way; in fact, without an education, knowledge of English, etc., they can't pay enough in taxes in any job to break even with the treasury--they'll always be a burden.
We basically being charged so much each month because we are now paying for our neighbor in a one-size-fits-all federal program that dictates the terms and coverage. (reproductive coverage at age 55? Sex change/elective surgery coverage?)
All because we didn't fight hard enough against Hope And Change.
My sympathies to you and your family, but it sounds as though, with some struggles and sacrifices, your family is going to have insurance coverage. There are many of us who can’t dream of affording premiums and deductibles, and have no coverage at all. I have to be my own doctor.
What will happen? Here’s what will happen.
Big government can only continue to be big with increasing revenues of real value from a large manufacturing base—yes, Americans at work, mining and manufacturing truly useful products. Without much manufacturing happening on U.S. soil (American-”based” manufacturing on foreign soil not included here), real revenues tend to be rather small.
When the default process gets to the good part, the sources of debt money dry up fast. Foreign benefactor investors/slavers stop loaning money in the form of bond buys and other investments in the U.S. debt regime. Tens of millions of useless troublemakers will be laid off for good and all from their non-work employment. Insurance companies and lawyer offices will close their doors.
What will happen? Technically inclined Americans, no longer restrained by socio-political gossip and enforcement of so many regulations against their private property rights and against their willingness to start small manufacturing shops, will begin to rebuild.

The word “Dhimmitude” is found in the new health care bill. So what does it mean? Obama used it in the health care bill . Now isn’t this interesting? It is also included in the health care law.
Dhimmitude . I had never heard the word until now, so I typed it into Google and started reading. Pretty interesting! It’s on Page 107 of the Obama healthcare bill. I looked this up on Google and, yep, it exists…..it is a REAL word.
Dhimmitude is the Muslim system of controlling non-Muslin populations conquered through jihad (Holy War). Specifically, it is the TAXING of non-Muslims in exchange for tolerating their presence AND as a coercive means of converting conquered remnants to Islam!
ObamaCare allows the establishment of Dhimmitude and Sharia Muslim diktat in the United States !
Muslims are specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured! Islam considers insurance to be “gambling,” “risk-taking,” and “usury” and is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on this.
How convenient. So I, as a Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed against all of my assets and will face hard prison time because I refuse to buy insurance or pay the penalty tax. Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan will have no such penalty and will have 100% of his health insurance needs paid for by the de-facto government insurance.
Non-Muslims will be paying a tax to subsidize Muslims. This is Dhimmitude.

Health Care industry bailout, just like the Auto industry. Big Government likes economic sector solutions. Keeps the medical workers paid, via the insurance companies who will in essence become the largest employers in the entire world.
Who were the totalitarians that FORCED higher premiums via TOTALITARIANCARE? Redistribution of death, aka death panels, will lower costs. Taxes and death…it’s how the socialists roll. ‘Rat race on the highway to hell.

Those that can afford health care are forced into the system and receive vastly inferior health care for our dollars. The reason we receive inferior health care is a large percentage of our premiums are diverted to subsidize those in the lower tax brackets. It is simply socialistic confiscation of our dollars to give to someone else. The congressmen that passed this horrible act get free medical care of the highest quality at Bethesda Naval Air Station.
