The problem is not with “modern day policing”.
The problem begins in homes and schools, in what is done there, what it not done there and what, or whom, is missing. It is because of those problems that the thugs think they can run over everyone in the community and either get away with it or not pay the consequences of their thuggery. Obama cannot admit that, because that is not a racial charge, but a cultural one that can be found in all sorts of families but happens to be found in “minority” families in greater proportion to their portion of the population and it includes attitudes of protection and defense the thugs receive from the race-baiting media.
It says he shot him 4 times. They need a weapon that only takes one shot. Maybe a little snub nose SW 500 magnum.

Obama must think we the people are tiny little wallets for him to strip. And we have an endless supply of money that belongs to him.
Maybe Sharpton will use some of it to pay his taxes.
How about $50K to develop an open-source Raspberry Pi-based body cam, which could sell for $100. Buy 100,000 of them for $10M.
I knew I guy who once accidentally subtracted the tip on his restaurant bill. The waitress had to chase him down, and he was embarrassed by his carelessness.
But I think Congress should provide Obama a negative budget for this.
Send him zero dollars minus the cost to provide aid to rebuild Ferguson out of his White House budget. Defund his vacations on Air Force One to free up cash for this fiasco that he helped foment.
This is not a Federal issue.
