Today Obama gave lip service to the issue of creeping militarization of the cops. So, the frauds on national talk radio are all FOR it! Or ignore the topic.

Talk radio is dead. They all are told to imitate Weiner. Even Levin. Makes me puke.

There are some great LOCAL hosts who still talk liberty. The dinosaurs need to retire.

“According to the White House schedule, the first afternoon meeting will be a talk with members of Obama’s Cabinet “to discuss federal programs and funding that provide equipment to the state and local enforcement agencies.” Vice President Joe Biden will also be in attendance.”

I guess that part about “Joe Biden also being in attendance” is supposed to put somebody’s mind at ease. Wonder who that might be?

Looks like it.

Carrying 60+ pounds in armor, ammo and guns.

Couple guys don’t look like they wouldn’t last very long if they had to move 100 yrds at a time.

Pretty sure I could do it.

I snowboard with about 35 pounds between my gear and what’s in my backpack and doing it at 6,000-15,000 feet.

Best to practice now, I suppose, than to find out otherwise later.

“They have the bearcat swat vans, surveillance drones...two of which they’ve crashed. One against their swat van during a boy’z and their toy’z photo op all dressed so cute in their black clad. The other crashed in the big drink of Lake Conroe, TX. to the tune of $250k each.”

And why should they take care of them? It’s not *their* money, it’s the mundane’s money that they waste.

That guy on the right looks like he is thinking “wow, SWAT sounded so cool, but I didn’t realize how much crap you have to wear.”

The picture seems to be a bit ironic. Ben Carson was heard saying police need to be trained to shoot at the legs - in the pic of the armored cops, the legs would be the best targets to take them down (unless one was good at face-shots).
