BTW, there is a video at the link showing the “exercise” and scoring.
Obviously a test of agility and balance.

I hurt my back several years ago and can’t do that. I’m still kicking. I thank God it’s been more then six years!

According to this test, I am already dead.

Significant risk of medial meniscus injury with that move.
To: BunnySlippers
I couldn’t do that in my 20’s, let alone now.

My back is destroyed too.
I couldn’t do THAT if my life depended on it.

I have a personal test I have been using for years: After my shower I have to towel dry as I step out of the shower. I pay attention to whether I can dry each leg and foot without leaning against the shower door or wall.
I first noticed that after a ski trip I had greatly improved. Then I noticed that using my Wii Fit, with the balance board, my performance also improved.
To: BunnySlippers
I figure, if I drop quick enough...there should be some sufficient “bounce” at #3 to help me back up.
Either that or my knees will pop out of joint and Step #4 will be to dial 911.

Very nice. I love tests where you measure your progress. I have been conscious of getting out of my seat without using my hands or pulling/pushing.
It’s all helpful.

Do I get extra life points for being able to do this without spilling my liquid lunch?

This test is ridiculous. I am 61 years old, have worked out in the gym for two hours every day for the last 700 days, and I can’t do it.
I’ll stick to aerobics and weights!
