Yeah, I’m leaning that way. Doesn’t look like ‘leftover green paint’ that kitty licked - too uniform and the licking device is still - red!. The paintbrush (or is it the clone tool - one of them) in Photoshop would handle it quite well...

Remember that 3rd party politician who turned himself blue by ingesting something? I forget what and I forget why he did, r if he knew it would turn him blue. He was actually a rather nice silvery blue, almost looked like some sort of super-hero.
