How many calories are in a cup of milk? Because the calories in the coffee are negligible.

On the overall subject, I bought a small pile of quality hardware - espresso machine, two bean grinders, and a specialty milk frother/heater - for about the annual price discussed, about 5 years ago. I make two lattes most mornings. I’m way ahead of the game, both vs. the raw cost at Starbucks or the like, and because I don’t have to go to Starbucks, I just go to the kitchen.

Hundreds and hundreds, and even more importantly, they're loaded with carbs. My gynecologist was shaking his head about the obese people he sees buying those sugary drinks and the huge pastries at Starbucks.
