My current job location and previous two companies in Silicon Valley, not seen a single white male or female. They are endangered species in Silicon Valley companies.
Simple reason, if hiring manager is Indian or Chinese origin, they will ignore US born Whites or others PERIOD.

Perhaps other FReepers can give some good advice here. Rush says sometimes you have to relocate, and that may or may not work out. Sometimes a change of career into something like EMT to Paramedic might work. In some areas, qualified Paramedics become qualified to work in other medical jobs. Maybe if he gets a teaching credential he can teach math, and that is something very much in demand. Good luck.

It would be unnecessarily limiting of me to insist that ethnic cleansing is the only thing going on here. There are more things going on, and ideological cleansing could well be a component of it.

These people who are out of work are essentially voice less. No one has arisen to champion their cause. On election day, they, and many who are disgusted with the present political situation, finally spoke up. And McConnell and Boehner promptly kicked them to the curb. My take on the election was that the Republicans won, but the Democrats claimed victory.

A defense contractor I’ve worked for justified all the Employee Resource Groups for women, blacks, hispanics, gays, etc. and prohibiting it for whites as a step to remedy prior discrimination - but said it wasn’t discrimination as long as whites could join one of the existing minority group ERGs as an “ally”.
In short, discriminating against whites wasn’t seen as discrimination, or rather, rectifying past wrongs.
The problem is that discriminating against the majority is a bad proposition in a democracy. Penalizing the largest taxpayers is simply stupid.

We the people accuse Senator McConnell and Congressman Boehner of complicity in
the ethnic cleansing of American workers. These two men should be fighting Obama

It is AGAINST THE LAW. No excuses nor rationalizations are permitted for reverse discrimination. It has been settled by the Supreme Court more than once.

If he said that to you and you have been discriminated against you should sue the hell out of them and become a quick millionaire. Even a class action suit would be fun if this is their official hiring policy.
