Last year was Earth's warmest on record, bolstering the argument that humans are altering the planet's climate by burning greenhouse gas-emitting fuels, according to a pair of analyzes by two major U.S. agencies released on Friday.
Separate studies by NASA the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration showed that with the exception of 1998, 10 of the warmest years on record have occurred since 2000.
The reports come at the start of a year when representatives of about 200 governments will meet in Paris to try to agree on a deal to limit global warming to avoid floods, droughts, heatwaves and rising sea levels blamed on increasing emissions of greenhouse gases, which result from burning of fossil fuels such as coal and oil.

Anybody else get tired of hearing about global warming?
I heard some talking heads on TV lamenting that global warming is far down the list of people’s concerns in this country. The liberal side is sad that politicians aren’t getting traction lecturing us about globL warming.
So NASA and NOAA claim the last 10 years were the hottest on record, while others claim the last 17 years haven’t warmed at all - have shown a cooling trend.
So who is lying to us?
Expert = guy that was paid to write the report.
..and next year will be even hotter, and still hotter the year after that,,,,yada yada. This is getting so old.
They’re still trying to “hide the decline”.
It wasn’t that hot last summer. Winter was one of the coldest I have ever experienced. No big deal then, bring on global warming.
Whenever you see these kinds of articles about us heating up, they ALWAYS are talking about SURFACE TEMPERATURE, which is a red herring and not to be trusted. It’s a complete scam.

Warmest winter on record here in Alaska, and I hope this trend continues. WE usually have 2-3 weeks minus 60 every January; like clockwork. It’s been above zero all this month along the Yukon; just fine with my old bones.

Again, an expert is defined as a person who has carefully selected their data to back up every one of their results.
You watch, in the next six months as people pour over these “studies” they will collapse. But of course, the narrative is out there now and that's all they want. Fruit Loop Liberals will now regurgitate this bogus study over and over again, kind of like the “study” that showed men beat women more during the Super Bowl than at other times.

But, it's cold where I am. Much of North America is experiencing record lows the past few years. 2014 Ice Out at the Great Lakes was the latest since the 70s. Europe is getting pounded - again - this winter. Both polar ice sheets are recovering, and setting records, I believe, at the South Pole.
How hot does the rest of the planet need to be, to make up for all of this record cold?
Do I believe "scientists" with an agenda, or my own lying eyes?

1. Why is an increase in temperature bad?
2. What IS the correct temperature?
The temperature is ALWAYS going up or down. Always.
These people have no shame when it comes to fudging and lying. This was already de-buncked somewhere. I just can’t remember where.
