What if the cheater practiced with the deflated ball all week and the visitor was unaware the ball wasn’t the same as he was used to?

Each team provides the footballs that their team will use on offense. When the Colts intercepted an errant Brady pass, the defender immediately noticed the ball was inflated well under the normal pressure. It was obvious to the touch. He reported this to his coaches who agreed and informed the league.

Belicheck is scum.

If the guy knew the difference between pressure and weight he probably wouldn’t be a sports reporter.

This is probably the same reporter that found the rubber bullets in Ferguson. Weighing a football to determine if it is inflated correctly?....I’d expect this from a six year old’s mind. Don’t tell me our education system is working when you see something like this in the news. Are you saying that a ball with 13.5 pounds of air pressure in it does not weigh 1 pound more than one with 12.5 pounds air pressure? LOL....
What really confuses them, there's supposed to be about 15 pounds of air in the ball, so if they don't find those 15 pounds, then the Colts should have won.

I think they’re covering their butts with an “investigation”, the ball are gone, there’s to be proven anymore.

Yeah...that was out on the air on local Beantown radio first thing Monday AM.

Personally, based on what I read here and other sites, the Patriots are in the same position GWB was when he was president. BDS. Belichick Derangement Syndrome.

Colts linebacker Josh McNary has been charged with felony rape and did not play Sunday but all anyone seems to be able to discuss is 'Did Belichick cheat?'

When Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson picked off Brady deep in Colts territory during Sunday's AFC championship game, that's when deflate-gate started. According to New York Newsday and WCVB in Boston, Jackson noticed the ball wasn't inflated as much as usual. He told a Colts equipment manager the ball felt under-inflated and gave it to him. The equipment man told Colts coach Chuck Pagano on the sideline. That message was relayed to Colts general manager Ryan Grigson in the press box, who told NFL director of football operations Mike Kensil, Newsday and WCVB said. Kensil told the on-field officials at halftime about the balls. Someone told Bob Kravitz of WTHR in Indianapolis, because he broke the story of the Patriots possibly deflating their game footballs – which would help them throw and catch it better in the rain

Then there’s that clown on ESPN who wants to see the PATS lose their opportunity to play in the Superbowl... Yeah, gotta love that one...Give it to Indy....Watch them get trashed and brutalized again on national TV by Seattle. I’m sure a few of them would be crazy enough to try it if given the opportunity.
