LOS ANGELES (AP) — Former hip-hop music mogul Marion "Suge" Knight was charged Monday with murder and attempted murder after he struck two men with his pickup truck last week.
Prosecutors allege that Knight intended to run down a friend and another man after an argument on a movie set. One of the men was killed.
Attorney James Blatt says Knight accidentally ran over the men on Thursday as he tried to escape a vicious attack. He turned himself in to police on Friday.
Knight's initial bail of $2 million was revoked Monday after a court commissioner agreed with authorities that he was a potential flight risk and could intimidate witnesses.

He’s no stranger to prison life. In fact, he was out on bail for robbery before this latest escapade.

As a double-felon previously, he could get 30 years just for that November camera robbery if convicted.
THIS murder/attempted murder would then be a 4th strike for Knight. He’s goin’ down, hard.
Oh well, at least in prison he’ll finally be able to lose some weight.

I have had my personal attorney, Mr. Algonquin J. Calhoun, Esq. contact Suge's lawyer, Mr. Blatt, with scientific evidence to show how this tragic accident actually happened.
You see, Ken, those BMW leather seats are very slick and when my man Suge tried to drift the car around and GTF outa there, using his anger management skills and techniques to avoid conflict, his heavy Bible slid off the seat and jammed the accelerator, causing the vehicle to spin out of control and tragically kill Mr. Carter, a very tight friend of Suge's. Ken, the BMW, which you may not know, was designed in Germany by white people many of whose parents were NAZIs who hated fellows who looked like Suge and his good friend, Carter.
Mr. Calhoun recommends that Suge immediately bring suit against BMW, who knew darn well this tragic design flaw would adversely affect members of minority groups. This is a Hate Crime!
