What is even more interesting is that you can tell your subconscious exactly what time to wake you up. As long as you don't deprive it of normal sleep periods, it will wake you up accurately.

I used to do that ! It works. Strange but true.

I might suggest that you deprive yourself of sleep for one or two nights, then see if the next night you fall asleep quicker.

Maybe you are one of those who needs less sleep ?
